Amy Dorris Sexual Assualt – Accuses Donald Trump of Sexual Assault
On 16th September 2020, Amy accused President Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her at the U.S. Open tennis tournament in New York in 1997. While speaking in an interview with the Guardian, Dorris alleged that Trump accosted her outside the bathroom in his VIP box at the tournament in New York on 5 September 1997.
She was 24 years old at that time. She says that Trump forced his tongue down her throat, assaulted her “all over her body” and held her in a grip she couldn’t escape from, she told The Guardian. She said; “He just shoved his tongue down my throat and I was pushing him off. And then that’s when his grip became tighter and his hands were very gropey and all over my butt, my breasts, my back, everything.”
She then added “I was in his grip, and I couldn’t get out of it,” she said, adding: “I don’t know what you call that when you’re sticking your tongue just down someone’s throat. But I pushed it out with my teeth. I was pushing it. And I think I might have hurt his tongue.”
At the time of the incident, Trump was 51 and was married to his second wife, Marla Maples. She spent several days with Trump in September 1997 after her then-boyfriend, Jason Binn, too her to New York for a long weekend .
Being a Model and an actress she traveled to Miami for modeling and occasional acting work. Her Boyfriend Jason who was a good friend of Trump then, took her to meet Trump at his office in Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan before they went together to the US Open in Queens, she said to TheGuardian.
According to the Guardian, Dorris called her mother and her friend immediately after the incident and also told friends and a therapist about it in the years since. Dorris also provided the news outlet with her ticket from the U.S.Open, along with six photos showing her with Trump in New York over several days around the incident.
However, a spokesperson for Trump told The Guardian the president denies “in the strongest terms,” having ever “harassed, abused or behaved inappropriately” with Dorris.
